Rasmus Højgaard has a host of international victories to his name, highlighted with winning the 2018 Toyota Junior Golf World Cup, where his twin brother Nicolai finished runner up. The identical duo also led Denmark to their countries first Eisenhower Trophy title in the World Amateur Team Championship. He also joined fellow TaylorMade athlete Oliver Gillberg in representing Europe in the Bonallock Trophy.
This year, he secured his 2020 European Tour card after successive closing 66s to tie for fifth at Q School becoming the first player born in the 2000s to graduate from Q-School. He will play his first tournament at the Alfred Dunhill Championship in South Africa.
With a bogey-free 66 in the first round at the AFRASIA BANK Mauritius Open, his 2020 season is off to a great start.
